Used in our systems since 2003, digital cameras eliminate image noise to provide the highest-quality image possible in the industry. Gigabit Ethernet cameras, which can be located further from the processor, allow more lines to be inspected with one processing unit.
Quad core processors give our Genius® systems the most processing power per camera in the industry and allow the addition of multiple camera per system without compromising processing power.
Implementing solid-state hard drives in our hardware platform has maximized the reliability of our systems and radically reduced the cost of system ownership for our customers.
This advantage allows Genius® users to easily detect hard-to-find defects on converted ends without using multiple tools. The pattern tool can also lock on complex decoration patterns for sophisticated color decoration inspection.
Our Touch-n-Go® LCD touch screen with intuitive user interface has set the industry standard for more than a decade, affording quick, simple, reliable setup and exceptional operating and maintenance ease.
Since 2006, our BMID application has given customers the ability to track defects by specific body makers. Our VTRAC™ system offers BMID as well as defect tracking by necker pockets and spray guns.
Double Take™ allows the capture of two images of the same product at different light levels and/or lighting geometries. This ability to inspect different regions of the same part with only one camera maximizes the inspection capabilities and efficiency.
Industry Leadership has been a position of responsibility for Applied Vision since our company’s inception. We continually innovate smarter solutions to our customers’ increasing and changing challenges, while setting ever-higher standards within our own field.
